Nigeria Donates $3.5million To Liberia, Guinea & Other Countries To Fight Against Ebola


The Nigerian government has decided to aid other countries in their fight against the deadly virus after the virus has been fully tackled in the country.
The Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu, on Wednesday said Nigeria had donated $3.5m to support countries with Ebola outbreak in other to fight the disease.
The minister also disclosed that 591 health practitioners had also volunteered to join the international force that would go to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea to help in the containment of the Ebola Virus Disease. The Nigerian government is living up to its name as the giant of Africa.
